Service Overview

Our shear cutting process uses sharp, high-quality blades to make straight cuts across metal sheets. This approach ensures clean edges, minimized waste, and consistent results across multiple projects.

Fabrication Equipment:

  1. 8,000 watt Fiber Laser  (60" x 156")
  2. 260 amp plasma with bevel  (72" x 144")
  3. CNC hand saws  (20" x 30" & 16" x 20")
  4. Roller  (72" wide by 1/4")
  5. Press Brake  (350 ton - 12')
  6. Shear  ( 12' x  1/4")
  7. Ironworker  (85 ton)
  8. Rebar Shear  (40' x 1 1/2")
  9. Rebar Stirrup Bender
  10. Rebar Radius Bender
